Recruitment process

Whether you are replying to a specific job announcement or sending in an open application, we will take the time to thoroughly examine your application, which must include a CV and a covering letter highlighting the key points in your career and explaining why the shipping business interests you.

If your application is accepted, you will be invited to attend a personal interview with the department head, or his or her deputy, and a person from the HR department. The interview will allow us to assess whether your background is compatible with the post requirements. If the post requires any particular technical skills or foreign language abilities, you may be asked to take a test, in which case you will be informed.

During the interview, we inform candidates of the anticipated schedule for the current recruitment campaign and the expected date for the final replies.

In the event of a positive reply, the candidate will receive an employment offer from the executive management by e-mail.

We take care to answer all applications individually and keep CVs for 6 months in case a vacancy arises, unless instructed otherwise by the applicant.
