SUBJECT: LATE CANCELLATION FEE US$150, M/V MELTEMI, voyage N.48, ETD MOIN NOV/15/2018
Dear Customers,
in order to satisfy plugs’ demand, a $150 fee per 40′ Reefer will apply in case booking is not honored nor cancelles with timely notice starting on November 15th, 2018
Considering weekly Moin calls are on Thursdays, booking’s cancellation shall be received before:
MONDAYS at 17.00
This surcharge is added to MARFRET general Tariff and will be invoiced at port of Loading to all shippers without exception.
