The boxes, fresh from the Qingdao (China) plants, will complete the company’s refrigerated fleet, which will then number 3700 units. Some are equipped with Maersk Starcool® controlled atmosphere technology that extend the shelf life of fruits, including the most sensitive ones such as avocado, while preserving their nutritional and taste qualities.
